"I was a USAA customer for 25+ years, and loved them. However, it became so every time I’d call I’d get directed to the app/website and if I managed to finally get a human they knew nothing about me other than what they saw on the computer screen and didn’t care or could help. Moreover, they frequently told me things that were flat out wrong and they’d later contradict. I called Misti’s office and spoke to Koby who was extremely knowledgeable, and made suggestions to my policy. When it was all said and done, I got more insurance for less money. I have no issue with using an app, (they can be very useful) but it shouldn’t be a replacement for a human being.
